Do the accessories such as Headbands, Hair crowns, hair bows come with the outfit?
If we do sell the hairpiece you see in our pictures it will say it in the listing if its included or if it must be ordered separately! Please read listing carefully. Some dresses will allow you to purchase the matching piece
What is the difference between our dresses and other dresses?
All of our dresses are made with high quality fabrics, unique prints and unique material. All of our garments are completely lined and handmade in our workshop. All of our designs are made with fabrics purchased in the US, sometimes from local fabric shops that we love supporting!
Where Is Your Favorite Corner located?
Your Favorite Corner is based in Providence Rhode Island, United States. While we do not have a Showroom at the moment, we closed our doors since Cov1d but we are strongly considering on opening our doors again counting on your support!
Am I able to place an order over the phone?
Definitely! You can call us or Whatsapp 401-654-8242 for your order or to place a custom order! We will gladly coordinate something and arrange a payment method!
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once you order is being processed for shipment. Make sure you enter the correct email at check out.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes you can! Our LOCAL PICK UP ADDRESS will be provided to you once you place your order. You Must schedule an appointment to pick up your order and we will arrange a pick up plan with you. THE SAME SHIPPING TIME APPLIES TO PICK UP ORDERS unless we coordinate on something different!
What is the policy for ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
-Sorry, we currently do not offer any ORDER CANCELLATIONS, This is because once your order is processed shortly after the elaboration process begins and we plan and layout all the materials and embellishments for your specific order and this is kind of a step by step process
Can I CHANGE MY ORDER after this was placed?
We may change orders if production hasn't started. Especially with CUSTOM ORDERS OR PERSONALIZED ORDER.
What can I do If my order is not as Expected?
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, that way we can evaluate the issue and work from there.
What is the process to use a Store Credit?
*Store credit never expires and may be used toward in-stock items. Store credit can also be used to purchase a custom made item.
You will receive an email with your store credit code and then you can use your store credit code at checkout on your next order.
